The mission of the Third District Constable is to provide community service to all residents of Jefferson County. Our primary focus consists of educational programs in the areas of firearm safety for school aged children. Our office also provides service of civil process which in turn provides funding for our office since we do not receive any tax monies. All expenditures are paid from fees collected or by the Constable personally. |
